What Information You’ll Need
To complete your booking quickly, have the following information ready:
- Service type: Airport transfer, hourly service, point-to-point, or city-to-city
- Date and time: Your pickup date and desired pickup time
- Locations: Exact pickup address and destination address
- Flight information: For airport pickups, your airline and flight number
- Passenger count: Number of passengers traveling
- Contact information: Phone number and email for confirmations
- Special requests: Child seats, extra stops, specific vehicle preferences
Payment Information
We accept all major payment methods and offer flexible billing options for corporate clients.
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards
- Debit cards with Visa or MasterCard logo
- Corporate accounts with invoicing (upon approval)
- Payment is processed securely at the time of booking
All-Inclusive Pricing: Our rates include the vehicle, professional chauffeur, fuel, tolls, and complimentary amenities. Gratuity is not included and is at your discretion (industry standard is 18-20%).
Modifying Your Reservation
Plans change—we understand. Here’s how to modify or cancel your booking:
- Changes: Contact us at least 24 hours before your pickup to modify dates, times, or vehicle selection at no charge
- Cancellations: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup
- Late cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee
- No-shows: Full charge applies for no-shows without prior notice

Airport Pickup Instructions
For airport arrivals, here’s what to expect:
- We track your flight in real-time—no need to call if delayed
- Complimentary wait time: 60 minutes domestic, 90 minutes international
- Your chauffeur will meet you with a name sign at the designated pickup area
- For ATL: Typically at the curb outside domestic baggage claim
- Detailed pickup instructions are included in your confirmation email
- Your chauffeur’s contact number will be provided for easy communication
Booking Tips
Book Early for Events
For weddings, proms, concerts, and major events, book at least 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure vehicle availability and your preferred vehicle choice.
Include Flight Details
Always provide your airline and flight number for airport pickups. This allows us to track your flight and adjust pickup time automatically for delays.
Consider Hourly Service
If you have multiple stops or a flexible schedule, hourly chauffeur service may be more convenient and cost-effective than multiple point-to-point trips.
