Booking & Reservations

How do I book a ride with Chauffeurs Lane?

You can book online through our Book Now page, call us at (770) 310-8765, or email info@chauffeurslane.com. Our booking system is available 24/7 for your convenience.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard rides, 1 to 2 weeks for special events, and 2 to 6 months for weddings during peak season. We do accommodate same-day bookings when vehicles are available.

Can I modify or cancel a reservation?

Yes, reservations can be modified or cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible for any changes. Our cancellation policy provides full flexibility when changes are made with reasonable notice.

Do you require a deposit for booking?

For standard reservations, no deposit is required. For special events such as weddings, proms, and large group bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your vehicles and date.

Pricing & Payment

How is pricing determined?

We offer transparent flat-rate pricing based on vehicle type, distance, and duration. There are no hidden fees, surge pricing, or surprise charges. Contact us for a personalized quote for your specific needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, corporate accounts with monthly invoicing, and other standard payment methods. Payment details are collected securely at the time of booking.

Are gratuities included in the price?

Gratuity is not included in the quoted price and is at your discretion. If you feel your chauffeur provided excellent service, tips are always appreciated.

What types of vehicles do you offer?

Our fleet includes business sedans, premium sedans (Mercedes-Benz, Lincoln), luxury SUVs (Cadillac Escalade, Chevy Suburban), executive vans, Mercedes Sprinter vans, stretch limousines (7 and 16 passenger), and charter buses (24, 36, and 56 passenger).

Can I request a specific vehicle?

Absolutely. You can request a specific vehicle type when booking. We will confirm availability and ensure the vehicle meets your expectations for your particular occasion.

Are your vehicles clean and well-maintained?

Yes. Every vehicle is professionally detailed before each trip and maintained on a strict schedule. We take immense pride in the condition and presentation of our entire fleet.

Chauffeurs & Service

Are your chauffeurs background checked?

Yes. Every chauffeur undergoes comprehensive background checks, drug testing, and driving record verification. They are also commercially licensed and carry all required insurance and certifications.

Can I request a specific chauffeur?

Yes, we encourage it. Once you find a chauffeur you prefer, you can request them for future bookings and we will accommodate your preference based on availability.

What amenities are included in every ride?

Every ride includes complimentary bottled water, phone charging cables, climate-controlled comfort, and a professionally attired chauffeur. Premium vehicles include additional amenities such as Wi-Fi and upgraded interiors.

Airport Service

Do you offer airport pickup and drop-off?

Yes. Our airport car service covers Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and other regional airports. We offer both curbside pickup and meet-and-greet service at baggage claim.

Do you track flights for airport pickups?

Yes, we monitor all flights in real time. If your flight is early or delayed, we automatically adjust the pickup time so your chauffeur is there when you arrive.

Where does my chauffeur meet me at the airport?

For arrivals, your chauffeur will meet you at the designated pickup area. Meet-and-greet service includes your chauffeur waiting at baggage claim with a name sign and assisting with your luggage.
