Agreement to Terms

By booking a ride or using any services provided by Chauffeurs Lane, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

Reservations & Booking

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. Booking confirmation will be sent via email or text message. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate pickup details including address, time, and any special instructions. Chauffeurs Lane reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Pricing & Payment

All quoted prices are flat rates unless otherwise specified. Prices include the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, and applicable taxes. Additional charges may apply for excessive wait time beyond the complimentary waiting period, additional stops not included in the original booking, tolls and parking fees (if applicable), and damage to the vehicle caused by passengers. Payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of service as agreed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows are charged the full fare. Special event bookings such as weddings and proms may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Wait Time

For standard pickups, a complimentary 15-minute waiting period is provided from the scheduled time. For airport pickups, a complimentary 30-minute waiting period is provided from the time of landing (for domestic flights) or 60 minutes (for international flights). Additional wait time may be billed at an hourly rate.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Chauffeurs Lane reserves the right to terminate a ride if passenger behavior poses a safety risk, and the full fare will still apply.

Liability

Chauffeurs Lane carries commercial liability insurance as required by law. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles, though we will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost property.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
