How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours ahead for regular service. For special events like weddings or proms, 2-4 weeks advance notice ensures the best vehicle and driver availability. Same-day bookings are often available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Corporate accounts with invoicing are also available for business clients.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes, reservations can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup at no charge. Changes made within 24 hours may be subject to fees depending on availability. See our FAQ page for full details.
Is gratuity included in the price?
Yes, a 20% gratuity is included in all quoted rates. This follows National Limousine Association standards and ensures our professional chauffeurs are fairly compensated.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights in real time using FlightAware. Your driver will adjust automatically. We provide complimentary wait time for domestic flights and extended wait time for international arrivals. Learn more about our airport transfer service.
