Credit Card Authorization

By completing this Credit Card Authorization, you ("Cardholder") authorize Chauffeurs Lane to charge the credit card listed below for transportation services rendered. This authorization remains in effect until canceled in writing by the Cardholder or until all outstanding charges have been settled.

1. Authorization Agreement

I, the undersigned Cardholder, authorize Chauffeurs Lane to charge my credit card for the following:

• Base transportation fare as quoted at the time of reservation
• Applicable tolls, parking fees, and airport access surcharges
• Wait time charges exceeding the complimentary allowance (fifteen minutes for standard pickups; thirty minutes for airport arrivals with valid flight tracking)
• Additional stops or route changes requested during service
• Gratuity, if pre-authorized by the Cardholder
• Cancellation or no-show fees as outlined in our Terms of Service
• Vehicle cleaning or damage fees resulting from passenger conduct, as described in our Terms of Service

2. Cardholder Information

To authorize your credit card for Chauffeurs Lane services, please provide the following information to our reservations team by phone or email:

• Cardholder full legal name (as it appears on the card)
• Credit card type (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Credit card number
• Expiration date
• CVV/security code
• Billing address associated with the credit card
• Cardholder phone number and email address

Important: For your security, please do not submit credit card information via unsecured email. You may provide your card details by calling us directly at (770) 310-8765 or through our secure online booking portal at chauffeurslane.com/booking.

3. Third-Party Authorizations

If the Cardholder is authorizing charges for transportation services used by another individual (e.g., a corporate traveler, family member, or guest), the following additional information is required:

• Name(s) of the authorized passenger(s) permitted to use the credit card for Chauffeurs Lane services
• Relationship to the Cardholder (e.g., employee, family member, client)
• Any spending limits or restrictions the Cardholder wishes to impose
• Effective dates of the authorization (if not open-ended)

The Cardholder assumes full responsibility for all charges incurred by authorized passengers. Chauffeurs Lane will make reasonable efforts to enforce any spending limits or restrictions specified by the Cardholder, but is not liable for charges that exceed specified limits due to service circumstances such as traffic delays, route changes, or extended wait times.

4. Corporate Accounts

For corporate clients establishing a billing account with Chauffeurs Lane, this Credit Card Authorization serves as the guarantee for the corporate account. The authorized credit card will be charged for all reservations booked under the corporate account unless alternative payment arrangements (such as direct invoicing with net-30 terms) have been approved in writing by Chauffeurs Lane.

Corporate account holders may designate multiple authorized users who may book services under the account. The primary account holder is responsible for all charges incurred by authorized users. 5. Payment Processing & Security

Chauffeurs Lane takes the security of your payment information seriously. All credit card transactions are processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment processors. We adhere to the following security practices:

• We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or magnetic stripe data on our servers
• All payment data is transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption
• Credit card information provided by phone is entered directly into our secure payment system and is not recorded or stored in any other format
• Our booking platform, LimoAnywhere, maintains PCI DSS compliance for all payment processing

6. Cancellation of Authorization

This authorization remains in effect until one of the following occurs:

• The Cardholder provides written cancellation to Chauffeurs Lane by email at info@chauffeurslane.com or by certified mail
• All outstanding charges and pending reservations have been fully settled
• The credit card reaches its expiration date (at which point a new authorization must be provided for continued service)
• The authorization end date specified by the Cardholder is reached

Please note that cancellation of this authorization does not cancel any confirmed reservations. Active reservations must be canceled separately in accordance with our cancellation policy. Any outstanding charges at the time of authorization cancellation will be processed before the cancellation takes effect.

7. Disputed Charges

If you believe any charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact Chauffeurs Lane within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. We will review the charge and provide a detailed breakdown of services rendered. If an error is confirmed, a refund or credit will be issued promptly.

We strongly encourage Cardholders to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their credit card issuer. Filing a chargeback without first contacting Chauffeurs Lane may delay the resolution process and may result in additional administrative fees.

8. Acknowledgment

By providing your credit card information to Chauffeurs Lane (whether by phone, through our online booking system, or in writing), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are the authorized Cardholder or have been authorized by the Cardholder to provide this information
• You authorize Chauffeurs Lane to charge the credit card for all services described in Section 1 of this agreement
• You have read and agree to the Chauffeurs Lane Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• You understand that this authorization does not guarantee vehicle or service availability, which remains subject to booking confirmation
