We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), corporate accounts with monthly invoicing, and select digital payment methods. Payment is processed securely through our PCI-compliant booking system. Corporate account clients receive a consolidated monthly invoice.
What is your cancellation policy?
Chauffeurs Lane offers flexible cancellation. Standard bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup. Airport transfers may be cancelled up to 6 hours before flight arrival. Wedding and event bookings follow the terms outlined in your service agreement. Can I modify my reservation after booking?
Yes, reservations can be modified up until 2 hours before your scheduled pickup. Changes to pickup location, time, vehicle type, and passenger count can be made by calling (770) 310-8765 or through your online account. Changes are subject to vehicle availability.
