1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Chauffeurs Lane. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using our transportation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Chauffeurs Lane LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a transportation company based in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Services Description

Chauffeurs Lane provides professional chauffeured transportation services including but not limited to:

• Airport transfers to and from Atlanta-area airports
• Point-to-point transportation within the Atlanta metropolitan area
• Hourly and daily chauffeur services
• City-to-city long-distance transportation
• Corporate and event transportation
• Wedding and special occasion transportation

All services are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater value based on availability.

3. Reservations & Booking

Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. All reservations are subject to confirmation and vehicle availability.

Booking Requirements:

• Accurate contact information including phone number and email
• Complete pickup and drop-off addresses
• For airport pickups: airline and flight number
• Number of passengers and any special requirements
• Valid payment method

Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of our email confirmation. Please review all details carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate information. Chauffeurs Lane is not responsible for delays or service failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.

4. Payment Terms

Pricing: All prices quoted include the vehicle, professional chauffeur, fuel, and standard amenities unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include gratuity for your chauffeur.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and approved corporate accounts. Payment is processed at the time of booking.

Additional Charges: The following may result in additional charges:

• Wait time exceeding complimentary allowances
• Additional stops not included in the original booking
• Extended service time beyond the booked duration
• Tolls, parking fees, or airport fees (if not included)
• Cleaning fees for excessive mess or damage to vehicle

5. Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellations:

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund, no fee
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: Full charge applies
• No-shows without prior notice: Full charge applies

Special Events: For weddings, proms, and special events, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to full charge.

Modifications: Reservation modifications requested 24+ hours in advance are accommodated at no charge when possible. Changes within 24 hours are subject to availability and may incur fees.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. The following are prohibited:

• Smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco products in vehicles
• Consumption of alcohol by passengers under 21 years of age
• Use of illegal substances
• Behavior that is abusive, threatening, or disruptive
• Damaging or vandalizing the vehicle in any way
• Overloading the vehicle beyond its passenger or luggage capacity

Right to Refuse Service: Our chauffeurs have the right to refuse or terminate service if passenger conduct endangers the safety of the chauffeur, other passengers, other vehicles, or the general public. No refund will be provided in such cases.

Damage Responsibility: Passengers are financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by their actions, including but not limited to stains, burns, tears, or other physical damage. Cleaning fees start at Contact for Quote and repair costs will be billed at actual cost.

7. Limitation of Liability

Service Limitations: While we strive to provide punctual, reliable service, Chauffeurs Lane shall not be held liable for delays or service interruptions caused by:

• Traffic conditions, road closures, or accidents
• Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
• Flight delays or cancellations
• Incorrect information provided by the client
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Personal Property: Chauffeurs Lane is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in our vehicles. While our chauffeurs will make reasonable efforts to return found items, we cannot guarantee recovery.

Maximum Liability: In no event shall Chauffeurs Lane’s total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Insurance: Chauffeurs Lane maintains comprehensive commercial liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request for corporate clients.

8. Changes to Terms

Chauffeurs Lane reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised.

Your continued use of our services after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
