Please review the following terms and conditions that govern your use of Chauffeurs Lane services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, scheduling, or using any transportation services provided by Chauffeurs Lane ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "Passenger," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Chauffeurs Lane. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
These Terms apply to all reservations made through our website at chauffeurslane.com, our online booking system, by telephone, by email, or through any third-party platform authorized by Chauffeurs Lane. By completing a reservation through any of these channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
2. Services Description
Chauffeurs Lane provides premium luxury ground transportation and chauffeur services in Metro Atlanta and nationwide. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Airport transfers and meet-and-greet services
- Corporate executive transportation
- Wedding and special event chauffeur services
- Point-to-point and hourly charter transportation
- Multi-city and long-distance itineraries
- Roadshow and multi-stop corporate logistics
All services are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater class to fulfill reservations when the originally requested vehicle is unavailable due to maintenance, scheduling, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Booking & Reservations
Reservations may be made through our online booking system powered by LimoAnywhere, by calling (770) 310-8765, or by emailing info@chauffeurslane.com. A reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from Chauffeurs Lane via email or text message containing a confirmation number.
When making a reservation, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including but not limited to: pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time of service, number of passengers, flight information (for airport transfers), and any special requirements or requests. Failure to provide accurate information may result in service delays, additional charges, or inability to fulfill the reservation.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard services and at least two (2) weeks in advance for wedding and special event services. Same-day reservations are accepted on a availability basis and may be subject to a surcharge.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 24 hours before scheduled pickup: Cancellations may be made at no charge. A full refund will be issued if prepayment was collected.
- Between 12 and 24 hours before scheduled pickup: A cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) of the total quoted fare will apply.
- Less than 12 hours before scheduled pickup: The full fare will be charged and no refund will be issued.
- No-Show: If the passenger fails to appear at the designated pickup location within fifteen (15) minutes of the scheduled pickup time (or within thirty (30) minutes for airport arrivals with valid flight tracking), the reservation will be classified as a no-show and the full fare will be charged. No refund will be issued for no-show reservations.
For wedding and special event bookings, cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the event date are subject to a non-refundable charge of one hundred percent (100%) of the quoted fare. Deposits paid for wedding and event bookings are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within thirty (30) days of the event.
To cancel a reservation, please contact us by phone at (770) 310-8765 or by email at info@chauffeurslane.com. Cancellations are effective upon confirmation from our dispatch team. The timestamp of the cancellation confirmation determines which cancellation tier applies.
5. Payment Terms
All fares are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Pricing is based on vehicle type, distance, duration, time of service, and any special requirements. Quoted fares include the base transportation rate and applicable tolls unless otherwise stated. Gratuity is not included in quoted fares and is at the discretion of the passenger; a minimum gratuity of twenty percent (20%) is customary in the luxury transportation industry.
We accept payment by major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), corporate accounts, and other methods approved by Chauffeurs Lane. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative billing arrangements have been established through a corporate account agreement.
Additional charges may apply for the following: wait time exceeding the complimentary allowance (fifteen minutes for standard pickups, thirty minutes for airport arrivals), extra stops not included in the original itinerary, overtime beyond the reserved hourly charter period, tolls, parking fees, and airport access fees. All additional charges will be communicated to the passenger and added to the final invoice.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times while using our services. By entering any Chauffeurs Lane vehicle, you agree to the following:
- Behavior: Passengers shall not engage in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, disorderly, or disruptive to the chauffeur or other passengers. Chauffeurs Lane reserves the right to terminate service immediately and without refund if passenger behavior poses a safety risk or is deemed unacceptable.
- Smoking and Substances: Smoking (including electronic cigarettes and vaping devices) and the consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A cleaning fee of no less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250) will be assessed for violations.
- Food and Beverages: While complimentary water is provided, passengers should exercise care when consuming food or other beverages in the vehicle. Any spills or stains that require professional cleaning will be subject to a cleaning fee.
- Luggage and Personal Belongings: Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings. While our chauffeurs will assist with loading and unloading, Chauffeurs Lane is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Any items left in the vehicle after service will be held for a reasonable period and the passenger will be notified if contact information is available.
- Vehicle Care: Passengers shall treat all vehicles with care and respect. Any damage caused by a passenger to the interior or exterior of a vehicle, including but not limited to upholstery tears, burns, stains, or bodily fluid contamination, will be assessed and the passenger will be charged for all cleaning and repair costs. A minimum damage and cleaning fee of three hundred dollars ($300) applies, with actual costs potentially exceeding this amount depending on the extent of damage.
- Seatbelts: All passengers are required to wear seatbelts at all times while the vehicle is in motion, as required by Georgia state law. Child safety seats are the responsibility of the passenger unless prearranged.
- Capacity: Vehicle passenger capacity must not be exceeded. The number of passengers must match the reservation details. Additional passengers beyond the reserved capacity may be refused service.
7. Liability Limitations
Chauffeurs Lane maintains comprehensive commercial auto liability insurance as required by the State of Georgia and applicable federal regulations. Our liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the total fare paid for the specific trip during which the claim arose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chauffeurs Lane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, missed flights, missed meetings, or any other economic losses, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Chauffeurs Lane is not liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide service caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, road closures, construction, accidents, adverse weather conditions, or acts of God. While we make every effort to ensure timely service, arrival and travel times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
8. Service Availability
Chauffeurs Lane operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Our primary service area includes the greater Atlanta metropolitan area and Metro Atlanta and nationwide, including but not limited to Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, and Florida.
Long-distance and out-of-area requests are accommodated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional charges including but not limited to fuel surcharges, overnight accommodations for the chauffeur, and positioning fees. We reserve the right to decline any reservation request at our sole discretion.
Peak periods, including major holidays, large-scale events, and high-demand periods, may result in limited availability and adjusted pricing. We encourage advance booking during these times.
9. Vehicle & Chauffeur Standards
Chauffeurs Lane is committed to maintaining the highest standards of service, safety, and professionalism in the luxury ground transportation industry.
Vehicles: All vehicles in our fleet are late-model luxury sedans, SUVs, and sprinter vans maintained to manufacturer specifications. Vehicles are professionally detailed on a daily basis and undergo routine mechanical inspections. Each vehicle is equipped with complimentary amenities including bottled water, phone charging capabilities, and climate-controlled interiors. All vehicles are fully licensed, registered, and insured in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Chauffeurs: All Chauffeurs Lane chauffeurs undergo thorough background checks, drug screening, and driving record verification prior to employment. Our chauffeurs maintain valid commercial driver's licenses and all required permits. Chauffeurs are professionally trained in defensive driving, executive protection awareness, customer service, and hospitality etiquette. All chauffeurs sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to ensure passenger privacy and confidentiality.
10. Force Majeure
Chauffeurs Lane shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather events, pandemics or epidemics, government actions or regulations, civil unrest, terrorism, strikes or labor disputes, road closures or infrastructure failures, power outages, or any other event that is unforeseeable or unavoidable.
In the event of a force majeure occurrence, Chauffeurs Lane will make reasonable efforts to notify affected passengers as soon as practicable and will attempt to provide alternative arrangements where possible. If service cannot be rendered due to a force majeure event, the passenger will be entitled to a full refund of any prepaid fares for the affected reservation.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chauffeurs Lane, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of or conduct during our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance; (d) damage to any Chauffeurs Lane vehicle or property caused by you or any passenger in your party; or (e) any third-party claim related to your use of our services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by Chauffeurs Lane, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith informal negotiation. To initiate this process, the aggrieved party shall send a written notice describing the nature of the dispute and the desired resolution to the other party by email or certified mail.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial notice, either party may elect to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Gwinnett County, Georgia. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's intellectual property rights or confidential information.
14. Amendments
Chauffeurs Lane reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Service at any time and at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective upon posting of the revised Terms on our website at chauffeurslane.com/terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.
Your continued use of Chauffeurs Lane services following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients by email.
