All materials are vehicle-safe and will not damage the finish.

Our guest shuttle runs on a scheduled loop between your designated hotel block and the ceremony or reception venue. We typically begin pickups 45 minutes before the ceremony and provide return trips after the reception ends. Your guests simply board at the hotel lobby at the scheduled time. We can run multiple loops depending on guest count and provide a printed schedule for your welcome bags or wedding website.

We recommend scheduling bridal party pickups with a 30-minute buffer before your photographer’s timeline begins. For example, if first-look photos start at 2:00 PM at the venue, we schedule arrival for 1:30 PM.
