Booking 8+ rides per month? You overpay if you don't have a corporate account.
Corporate accounts typically save 10–15% per ride, eliminate the admin overhead of expense reports, and give you a named dispatcher who knows your firm. AmLaw, PE, consulting, and Fortune 500 firms qualify for our enterprise tier with NDA-signed drivers and surge-proof rates during major Atlanta events.
Pricing questions, answered.
How much does a chauffeur service cost in Atlanta?
Atlanta chauffeur service pricing depends on vehicle type and trip structure. Sedan airport transfers from intown Atlanta to ATL run $95–$130. SUV airport transfers run $145–$185. Hourly charter starts at $75/hr for a sedan and $120/hr for an SUV with a 2–3 hour minimum. Long-distance state-to-state trips are quoted as flat rates per route. Every quote is locked in at booking — no surge, no surprises.
Why are Chauffeurs Lane rates higher than Uber Black?
Sometimes Uber Black has a lower base rate. During peak demand (Masters week, FIFA 2026, weather events, Friday rush), Uber Black surge multiplies fares 3x–5x while Chauffeurs Lane flat rates stay locked. We also include amenities Uber Black does not: meet-and-greet at ATL baggage claim, 60 minutes complimentary international wait, NDA-signed drivers, real-time flight tracking, and a guaranteed Mercedes-Benz or Cadillac. Over 12 months of regular travel, executive clients almost always pay less with Chauffeurs Lane.
Do you charge surge pricing?
Never. Quoted rates hold through Masters week, the SEC Championship, FIFA World Cup 2026, every major Atlanta event, every weather event, and every peak hour. Predictable line-item budgeting is one of the main reasons corporate accounts choose Chauffeurs Lane.
Is gratuity included in the quoted price?
No. We do not auto-add gratuity. 18–20% is customary for chauffeur service when the experience was excellent. You can add gratuity at booking, on a corporate account invoice, or in cash to your driver. We leave the choice to you.
Are corporate account rates lower than ad-hoc booking rates?
Yes. Corporate accounts typically save 10–15% per trip versus ad-hoc booking, plus eliminate the admin overhead of individual expense reports. A corporate account makes financial sense for any Atlanta firm doing 8+ rides per month. Setup is free, takes 48 hours, and includes a named dispatcher and consolidated monthly invoicing.
How is hourly charter pricing different from point-to-point?
Hourly charter is best when you need a vehicle on standby — multi-stop business days, wedding coordination, client entertaining, event nights. The chauffeur stays with you for the duration. Point-to-point is best for single airport transfers or simple A-to-B trips with no waiting. For 3+ stops in one day, hourly is almost always more economical than separate point-to-point bookings.
Do you charge extra for late-night or early-morning rides?
No surcharge for off-hours. The 5 AM airport pickup is the same flat rate as the 11 AM trip. Same applies to midnight returns from the airport — no premium for late hours, no premium for holidays.
What if my flight is delayed and the driver waits?
International arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time. Domestic arrivals include 30 minutes. We monitor your flight in real time and adjust dispatch automatically — your driver is not idling at ATL while you are still in the air. If you are delayed beyond the included wait, additional time is typically billed at $50/hr but most clients never see this fee because we adjust dispatch dynamically.
