We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle availability. However, we also accommodate last-minute bookings subject to fleet availability. For peak travel seasons and holidays, we suggest booking 48-72 hours ahead.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track all incoming flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur’s pickup time is automatically adjusted at no additional charge. You will never be charged for flight delays beyond your control.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at ATL airport?
For arrivals, your chauffeur will be waiting at the designated meeting point in baggage claim holding a personalized name sign. For international arrivals, we meet you outside the customs exit area.
Is there a wait time included?
Yes. We include a complimentary 60-minute wait time for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights, calculated from the actual landing time of your aircraft.
Do you provide child car seats?
Yes. We offer complimentary child car seats and booster seats upon request. Please mention this when making your reservation so we can have the appropriate seat ready in your vehicle.
What is your cancellation policy?
