- Free cancellation when you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are reviewed case by case — please call dispatch.
- Nothing is charged when you book. The card on file is placed under a temporary authorization hold only; it is released automatically if you cancel within the free window.
How to cancel
Sign in to your account and cancel the reservation from your dashboard, or call our dispatch team at (770) 310-8765. Dispatch is staffed 24/7.
Refunds
Where a refund is due it is issued to the original card and typically settles within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Authorization holds that were never captured are released automatically — no refund is needed for those.
