Arrival protocol
The Peachtree Road porte-cochère at The Whitley is the standard arrival point. The We follow each property's valet protocol. Our chauffeurs arrive 10–15 minutes early, identify with valet, and stage out of the active valet flow until guest arrival. For pickups, we coordinate departure timing with the bell desk so luggage is in motion when the vehicle is at the curb. For visiting principal hosting engagements, we typically pre-position the vehicle in Buckhead 30–45 minutes before scheduled pickup.
