Sprinter Executive Van · Atlanta
A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Up to 13 passengers in one vehicle.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter executive-van and limo-conversion configurations chauffeured for Atlanta's corporate retreats, FIFA 2026 hospitality groups, wedding parties, bachelorette weekends, alumni events, and long-distance group travel to Augusta, Sea Island, and Reynolds Lake Oconee.
Where a Sprinter is the right answer
When the group is 8–13 and needs to stay together.
The Sprinter is the workhorse executive van — the right vehicle when the group is too big for the V-Class (6–7) but smaller than a 25-passenger mini-coach. Corporate retreats, hospitality nights, wedding parties, bachelorette weekends, alumni events, and long-distance group runs.
13-passenger corporate group ATL transfer
Full corporate-retreat group, departmental offsite, or extended deal team arriving at Hartsfield-Jackson together. 10–13 passengers + significant luggage in a single Sprinter; one chauffeur, one pickup, one invoice. Saves the receiving office from coordinating three vehicles.
Bachelorette transportation
Bachelorette weekend Atlanta — Buckhead dinner, downtown nightlife, brewery district, post-club hotel return. Sprinter holds the full group safely; chauffeur stays on standby between stops. No surge multipliers on Saturday-night legs.
Wedding party transport
Bridal-party transport (8–12 attendants) plus a second Sprinter for guests from hotel block to ceremony to reception. Coordinates with our wedding-limousine program for the bride's vehicle; the Sprinter is the workhorse vehicle that keeps the rest of the party on time.
Alumni group event
University alumni board, fraternity/sorority reunion, athletic-program event night. 10–13 alumni from the host hotel to the campus venue, post-event reception, and the return leg. Single chauffeur for the entire night, single invoice routed to the alumni association.
Atlanta-to-Augusta / Sea Island
Long-distance group travel — Masters Tournament week to Augusta, fall hunting weekends to Sea Island or Reynolds Lake Oconee, golf-buddies trips to Sea Island. The Sprinter does these legs in one vehicle rather than splitting the group across three SUVs.
FIFA 2026 hospitality bus
FIFA 2026 sponsor shuttle — hotel block to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, post-match dinner venue, late-night hotel return. The Sprinter is the right vehicle when the hospitality group is 10–13 and the V-Class is too small.
Sprinter fleet
Executive Sprinter, limo conversion, luggage-heavy.
Every Sprinter in the fleet is < 4 model years old, washed before every assignment, inspected daily, and equipped with captain's-chair or executive-bench rear seating, tinted rear glass, climate to all rows, charging at every seat, and Wi-Fi. CDL chauffeurs where the configuration requires it.
Executive van — 10–13 pax
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (executive)
The standard executive Sprinter in the fleet. 10–13 passenger captain's-chair / executive-bench configuration + full luggage capacity behind the rear row. Tinted rear glass, climate control to all rows, charging at every seat, bottled water, Wi-Fi.
Hospitality / event tier
Sprinter Limo Conversion
Limo-conversion Sprinter available where the account is spec'd for it — perimeter executive seating, LED lighting, premium audio. Reserved for hospitality groups, bachelorette weekends, and event-night assignments. Confirm availability when you quote.
Group + luggage configuration
Sprinter Cargo (luggage-heavy)
Luggage-heavy Sprinter configuration for groups where the bag count exceeds standard executive-Sprinter cargo — international corporate retreats, ski-trip groups, wedding parties with significant attire / setup gear. Sized to your manifest when we quote.

Why Atlanta groups choose Chauffeurs Lane
One Sprinter. One chauffeur. One invoice.
Splitting a group of 12 across three SUVs is three pickups, three drop-offs, three chauffeurs to coordinate, and three invoices to reconcile. A single Sprinter solves the entire problem. The reason corporate-event teams and wedding planners default to a Sprinter is operational, not vehicular.
- Mercedes-Benz Sprinter executive-van and limo-conversion configurations — not rental Sprinters with logo decals.
- Captain's chairs or executive-bench seating; tinted rear glass; climate to all rows; charging at every seat.
- Quoted rate is the rate — no surge, no holiday multipliers, no Saturday-night surcharges.
- 60-minute complimentary wait on ATL arrivals; 30 minutes on private aviation; 15 minutes on point-to-point.
- NDA-signed W-2 chauffeurs — not gig drivers; CDL-class where required.
- Hourly day rates (4-hour minimum) for bachelorettes, wedding parties, hospitality nights, multi-stop alumni events.
- Long-distance Sprinter rates available for Atlanta-to-Augusta, Sea Island, Reynolds Lake Oconee, Asheville.
- Monthly invoicing with PO numbers, cost-center tagging, GL coding for corporate accounts.
FAQ
What corporate planners and wedding coordinators ask about the Sprinter.
What's the actual capacity of the Sprinter?
Our standard executive Sprinter is configured for 10–13 passengers + luggage. The exact count depends on the seating layout (captain's chairs vs. executive bench), luggage volume, and whether the rear row is preserved as a luggage bay. For 10–11 passengers with full luggage, the standard Sprinter fits cleanly; for 12–13 passengers with light luggage, also fits; for 13 passengers with full ATL international luggage, we may move you into a Sprinter cargo configuration or a second vehicle.
Is the Sprinter feasible for an ATL airport transfer?
Yes — the Sprinter is one of the most-requested vehicles for corporate-retreat ATL arrivals, conference groups, and university-program travel. Our Sprinter chauffeurs are familiar with the ATL ground-transportation flow and stage the vehicle at the South or North terminal commercial-curb / livery pickup, not the public curb. Coordinate the manifest with dispatch in advance so we have the bag count and any oversized luggage flagged.
How does Sprinter pricing compare to a party-bus rate?
The Sprinter is priced as an executive-van transfer or hourly day rate (4-hour minimum) — closer in pricing to our V-Class and SUV programs than to a party-bus rental. Party-bus operators typically run 20–30 passenger coaches with a different licensing tier and a per-hour rate that includes the audio package. The Sprinter is the right vehicle when you want executive-chauffeured service for a group of 10–13; a party-bus operator is the right answer for 20+ with a heavy-audio environment.
Can I book the Sprinter on an hourly day rate?
Yes — hourly day rate (4-hour minimum) is the most common booking model for the Sprinter outside of one-way transfers. Bachelorette weekends, wedding-day timelines, alumni event nights, hospitality nights at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and corporate-retreat days all use the hourly model. The chauffeur waits at every stop included in the hourly rate.
Do you handle long-distance Sprinter runs?
Yes. Atlanta to Augusta (Masters week), Atlanta to Sea Island, Atlanta to Reynolds Lake Oconee, Atlanta to Asheville, Atlanta to Highlands — all common Sprinter long-distance assignments. Long-distance Sprinter rates are quoted by route with overnight chauffeur lodging where the schedule requires it. See /services/long-distance/ for the broader long-distance program.
Is the Sprinter appropriate for a wedding party?
Yes — the Sprinter is the workhorse vehicle in our wedding-day program. The bridal party (8–12 attendants) typically rides together in a Sprinter; the bride rides in our wedding-limousine vehicle (see /services/atlanta-wedding-limousine/). For larger weddings we run multiple Sprinters back-to-back from the hotel block to ceremony to reception. We coordinate the timeline with the wedding planner; chauffeurs hold post at every venue.
